Once installed a menu should appear like the below screenshot.
Navigate to the page where you want to report an issue and click the comment button, followed by left clicking on the screen where the issue is and a comment box will appear for you to provide input.
The information is sent to our system immediately for us to action, you also have the option to assign it to a specify person should this be desired.
